You receive service reports from SAP Solution Manager or reports delivered by SAP. There may be some questions regarding the check results or recommendations in the report.
This KBA lists some general information for the frequently asked questions.
Note: All recommendations are based on corresponding SAP Notes and experience, detailed explanation for most of recommendations have been provided in service report, please read them carefully.
In the service report it indicates that you can contact your customer representative (for example TQM or ESA) if you have following requirements:
1. You need support in general understanding of the service report
2. You require technical analysis of other aspects as highlighted in the service report (for example for the performance issue detected in EarlyWatch report, further performance analysis services (e.g. BPPO, TPO) could be provided)
