Recording learning for a large number of users can be done in two ways:

• The Learning History Connector can be used in recording learning in bulk. Kindly see KB article for more information in using the connectors.
• The use of Import Data Tool:

1. Go to System Admin > Tools
2. Select the Import Data link > choose Learning History as record type
3. The fill out the template > Import the data
