2395001 - Visibility of Rater List in the 360 Review Evaluation Summary - 360 Multi-Rater

Symptom

Some users can access the full rater list in the Evaluation Summary section of a completed 360 form, while other users can only see themselves.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. All roles had finished their steps in 360 route map, and form has been completed.
  2. Some users can access the full rater list in the Evaluation Summary section of a completed 360 form, while other users can only see themselves.

Some can only see themselves:

Resolution

By design, the originator, the approver, the process owner and the signer can view full rater list in the Evaluation Summary.

  • Originator: user who lauched the forms.
  • Approver: Everyone who contributed to, or modified, the content of the form before it was distributed for evaluation.
  • Process owner: The last person to modify the form before it's distributed to others for evaluation.
  • Signer: user who is in the Signature Stage.

Note:

1. If a user who can view full rater list sends copy of the completed 360 form to another user, the recipient can also see full rater list. Please refer to kba 2818128.

2. The ability to click a rater name (or anonymous) to open the specific rater's form to view the ratings and comments from that rater, and see the rating column and overall rating (the final score of a 360 form) in evaluation summary is controlled by 360 drilldown permission. Please refer to kba 2794329.

3.When 360 form is sent copy to other users, the receiver will get the same permission as sender. But the related action in audit trail should match the role.
Originator: action=submit
Process Owner: action=start 360
Approver: action=approve
Signer: action=sign

For example: if signature step was skipped, the action in audit trail is approve not sign. The signer will still have permission, but the receiver won't get the same permission.
