When admin runs the Email Summary Audit Report no results are returned

Reproducing the Issue
- Admin click on reports icon in upper-right corner of LMS home screen
- Search for the Email Summary Audit Report (CSV)
- Run the report
- No results are returned
This situation is caused by simple fact that customer has not enable email archiving functionality.
It is important to note that this report will return only emails sent from LMS system since the date when archiving functionality has been enabled.
In order to enable email archiving functionality admin can navigate to System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings > Mail tab
Search for the '' checkbox and ensure that it is selected.
