2395176 - Search of People in Succession Org Chart Gives Application Error

• Able to access Succession Org Chart without an error; but when searching any user in the search box it gives an application error
• Proxy as any user and can access Succession Org Chart without an error; however when searching any other user in the search box it gives an application error:

• SAP SuccessFactors Succession Org Chart 
• SAP SuccessFactors Company Org Chart

1. Login in as admin who has permission to Search all users in both Company Org Chart & Succession Org Chart
2. Go to Succession Org Chart > can access the SOC without any error
3. Search for any user/position in the Search Box > gets the applicaion error:

          

It is possible the Search Index is not done, resulting in the Search Engine not working for the Org Charts.

Clients need to open an case with SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support and ask Support Engineers to create a Search Index for the instance.
