You will not find your Certification Authority in SAP Security guide (Page 32-34). Assuming that SSO functionality will break if Certification authority is not present in security guide.

The trust list provided in the security guide is only about the list of

default CAs added into the list. Customers can have their own CAs added

to the trust list from Administration -> Edit Certificate Trust list.

This is to facilitate the customers run their business with requirements

to use certificates from different CAs

Add your Certificates to Administration -> Edit Certificate Trust list.
