How to create Job Profile Builder Workflow.

In order to configure Job Profile Workflow, please refer to the Help Portal as it has the full steps required to set this up.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Currently, JPB Workflows feature does not support alerts and notifications options. This mean that user will only receive notification under my "ToDo" list to confirm change done to Job Profile.
• JPB Workflows also do not support the "Send Back" button, and once they are waiting for approval they cannot be edited from Manage Job Profiles. Workflows have to be either accepted or rejected before the Job Profile can be edited again. Refer to article 2458622.
• Job Profiles Edited via Admin Center will not go through workflow. Only accessing Job Profiles by going to Employee Profile > Take Action > Jump To: Job Profiles will trigger a workflow. Refer to article 2697865 for additional information.
