• Multiple rows of the same curricula are returned for a user when he/she runs the Curriculum Status report

• Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Login as a Supervisor, Admin or Manager
2. Navigate to "Reports" from My Employees > Supervisor Links tab, or from Links tile on Home page
3. Expand Curriculum Status and Select "User Curriculum Status (CSV)"
4. Do not check "Include Item Details"
5. Select Self or Subordinates
6. Note that Curriculum may be repeated multiple times

This has been tracked as a defect under LRN-15914

To note, it has been broken down into 2 issues:

• Issue 1. When 'include item details' checkbox is not selected then If a Curriculum has 3 Items, it will appear 3 times in the report
• This part is fixed in LRN-15914
• Issue 2. When 'include item details' checkbox is selected then if a Curriculum only has one Item, it shows a duplicate row in the report when including Item Details i.e there is always one extra row with no Item listed
• This is expected behavior since the report also has to display curriculum information along with item information. The row without item information is there to display the curriculum detail

This has been corrected in b1705 Release
