2395509 - Print button is inactive with ME23N print preview or at ME9* transactions' "display output" button's pressing - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

In case of NAST output logic used you observe that print button is not active during print preview on ME23N or at transaction like ME9f for any purchasing document.

In case of S/4hana output control (a.k.a. BRF+ output logic) used the print button from print preview is always enabled (ME23n)
