2395590 - Missing delivery creation log in VL10 transaction

Symptom

After delivery creation via VL10X transaction you would like to check the delivery creation log to see the possible errors or the created deliveries but nothing is displayed.
Only a blank delivery creation log is available. The same behaviour can be observed via the transaction V_SA (log of collective run).
