• Switch/ feature to redirect session-timeout dialog to session-timeout page
• Session time out warning: "Your session has expired. If you have any unsaved data, close this message and copy the data before logging in again. If not, please log in again now."

Note: This is a Provisioning Opt-In/ Opt-Out: Contact your implementation partner or Customer Support to enable/ disable this feature.

For Customer Support / SAP Partners:

1. Go to Provisioning -> Company Settings
2. Search for "Should the session-timeout dialog redirect the user to a session-timeout page after logging the user out"
3. Enable/ Disable as needed.

Behavior when option is disable:

• By default, the feature is unchecked (disabled)
  
  
• When the session is timed out the user will receive a prompt below with a choice to Log in or Close 
  "Your session has expired.
  If you have any unsaved data, close this message and copy the data before logging again. If not, please log in again now."

Behavior when option is enabled:

• The user will be redirected to SAP SuccessFactors session-timeout page with below text and the option to Log In:
  "Your Session has time out.
  You can close your browser or log in again. If you're having trouble, please contact your system administrator.
  Issue: Session Timeout"
  
• Note: This will override any session timeout URL defined in SSO settings
