2396028 - Activities are getting reassigned to another user after moving from one step to another - Onboarding 1.0

• When an HR manager or Corporate Representative picks up an activity on PHV/NES the activity is reassigned to another Corporate representative.
• When the candidate moves from PHV - NES or NES - Orientation Step, activity is randomly reassigned.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Pick up an activity on the Onboarding Dashboard from PHV or NES.
2. When you reach the next Step the activity is assigned now to a different Corp. Rep. not to the one who picked up the activity

Cause 1:

Assignee Options are assigned in the Process under Step 2 and Step 3 in Super Admin.

Cause 2:

The manager has not the properly permission to do the process.

Resolution for cause 1:

1. Logon to Super Admin > Processes
2. Select the process you are having an issue
3. Click Step 2 > Assign Options > check if there are any assignee options if there are, make sure to delete it
4. Do the same thing for Step 3
5. When you pick up now an activity it will remain in your action, unless someone picks it up

Resolution for cause 2:

Grant that the manager has the properly permission to do the process.

1. Onboarding;
2. Security;
3. Assign Groups to Users;
4. Search for the specif user name;
5. Check if the user has the properly group permission to do the process.
