Enabled job role tags in provisioning but unable to find “Import job role tags” in manage permission roles > Manage recruiting

Resolution
Once "Enable job role tags" is checked in provisioning, make sure "Use Job Profiles in Requisitions" switch under Admin tools > Manage recruiting settings is also enabled.
