2396085 - iContent Launch URL Prefix for each datacenter to be used in Deployment Location

Symptom

  • The URL prefix needed to be used in the Deployment Location differs between data centers
  • This article covers which URL prefix is needed depending on the data center the Learning tenant is provisioned in

Resolution

Below are the URL Prefixes for each respective Datacenter, some Customer's may have different URL's as they are maintained by our Operations team. Any issues please contact Product Support for assistance:

Note: If the Data Center is not listed above, there is no iContent server on that Data Center. If there is no SFCPART listed for the Data Center, then it's not currently supported for SFCPART contract tenants.
