2396085 - iContent launch URL prefix for each datacenter to be used in deployment location

Symptom

  • The URL prefix needed to be used in the deployment location differs between datacenters.
  • This article covers which URL prefix is needed depending on the data center the Learning tenant is provisioned in.

Resolution

Below are the URL prefixes for each respective datacenter. Some customers may have different URLs as they are maintained by our Operations team. Any issues, please contact SAP Support for assistance:

There are some exceptions where the correct URL would contain CUSTOM_rot_1 or CUSTOM_rot_2. Those were communicated to the specific customers.

Note: If the datacenter is not listed above, there is no iContent server on that datacenter. If there is no SFCPART listed for the datacenter, then it's not currently supported for SFCPART contract tenants.
