2396225 - Employee Time Status Remains Inactive for the Time Recording Imported through Web Services

You are creating the Employee Time Recordings for some of the Employees through the Web Service ManageEmployeeTimeIn and the status of the Time Recordings in the payload in Active but in the system status is Inactive.

For the Web Service ManageEmployeeTimeIn, there are three Operations and their behavior with respect to Time status is as follows,

MaintainActualEmployeeTimeBundle -> Does not release the Time Recording. The time remains inactive and needs to activated in the Time Sheet (Time Administration)

MaintainBundle -> This is used by Excel upload. Activation of Time happens in background.

MaintainEmployeeTimeAsBundle -> This activates the time which is immediate.

The user should use the correct operation to reflect the status of Time Recording.
