2396411 - Newly uploaded company Logo is not displaying on Login Page

We have uploaded a new Company Logo in our instance which is appearing in the Home page, but the Login page still shows the old Logo.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

• Navigate to Admin Center > Company Settings > Theme Manager;
• Select Theme in use;
• Click on Fine Tune > select Logo;
• Upload the new logo;
• The new logo appears in the home page and other pages, however on the login page it still reflects the old Logo.

When you are using a Theme, the system will respect the configuration did on the "Login Styles" section of Theme Manager.

To fix this issue:

• Navigate to Admin center > Company Settings > Theme Manager;
• Select Theme in use;
• Select Login Style;
• Under Login Logo, select "Use your company Logo". By choosing this option, the company logo which is appearing on your home page will be displayed on the Login page too.

You can also upload a new logo via Upload a Logo (see screenshot below), if you want to use different Logo for Login page.
