How to create a User Defined Status in the Business Configuration.
Environment
SAP Sales Cloud
Resolution
In this example we are using Tickets, the same works similar for some other objects.
- Go to the Business Configuration work centre.
- Select the relevant Implementation Project.
- Open the Activity List.
- Open either the Fine Tuning Activity Tickets for Customer Support or Tickets for Employee Support.
- Select the Fine Tuning Activity Maintain Status Schemas link.
- Under Status Schemas click Add Row.
- Enter an ID and a name for the schema.
- Save your changes.
- Now you can assign statuses to your schema.
