2396586 - DataSource based on WebService is inactive after transport

Symptom

Datasource based on WebService remains inactive after transport.
However, in the target system of transport, report RSDS_DATASOURCE_ACTIVATE_ALL is able to activate it.

If you check the transport logs, you can identify following messages:
Source system "&1" is not an SAP source system ==> no metadata upload
Message No. RSAOLTP014

Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)
Message No. RSAR051

Error when activating DataSource &1
Message No. RSO404
