Non English Characters in Employee Export File show as '???????'

Compensation

 Admin Center --> Compensation Home --> Select Template --> Plan Setup --> Manage Users --> Export Users.

You search based on a criteria. When you click on Export Data, non-english characters show as ???? as shown above.

Incorrect Encoding format selected.

Character Encoding should be selected as 'UTF-8' for all Non English characters to be shown correctly.

You have a section called as 'Import Options' just above the list of users list.

There you will need to select the Character Encoding as 'UTF-8'. Then you need to click on Export Data.
