2396692 - Unable to remove searchable fields for Bank object

When deleting the searchable fields for Bank object, such as Routing Number, BIC and city, an error appears:

Searchable field routingNumber is removed from the object definition. Searchable field routingNumber cannot be removed.

1. Go to Admin tools > Configure Object Definitions > Bank

2. Click on Take Action and scroll down to Searchable Fields section:

3. Try to delete routingNumber and click on Save.

4. Error message appears as:

This is an expected system behavior. Delivered searchable fields cannot be removed by customer like fields and associations.

There is no workaround for this. This is by design in MDF. You cannot remove searchable fields delivered by module teams.
