2396701 - No year of birth displayed when using "Use this match" for a re-hire

When re-hiring an employee and using "Use this match" functionality, the year of birth is not displayed.

Rehire an employee and use the "Use this match" functionality.

 System displays (18/02) instead of 18/02/YYYY).

This is an expected system behavior and functionality added in the b1605 release.

Since the b1605 release, birthday year will no longer appear for display when the employee is matched against an existing employee for a new hire/ rehire. This goes the same with the National ID. Both the NationalID and Birthdate were partially masked.

This has been changed to protect the personal information which could give out other existing employee's personal information to unauthorized access.
