2396707 - Hiring Manager name is not populating from the tag {HiringManager} - Onboarding

• The tag in our Onboarding notification that goes to our Managers is NOT pulling their name.  Rather it is pulling their employee ID.  
• {HiringManager} is pulling numerical employee ID. 
• We need to populate HiringManager name in the notification
• We need to populate HiringManager email

Onboarding; ONB

Named user tags like HiringManager Recruiter ({HiringManager} {Recruiter}) will give the value of the user id.

In notification, to get the name of the hiring manager:

{user:HiringManager, objattr=firstname}

{user:HiringManager, objattr=lastname}

To get the email id:

{user:HiringManager, objattr=email}
