• How to update Readiness and Bench Strength color?
• The Bench Strength is not correct according to he most ready successor. 
• The Bench Strength scale does not seem to match the Readiness scale.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

1. Go to Succession > Succession Org Chart;
2. Search for any user/position, Bench Strength color does not match most ready successor:

The Bench Strength is configured in the picklist file and in the Succession Org Chart XML. Both configurations should match the Readiness Rating Scale configuration. In addition, the Bench Strength colors, which are configured in the Succession Org Chart XML, should match the colors configured for the Readiness values.
