Formatting of goals are not correct under EZ-rater, the layout is bad.
The goals are created for format such as in multiple paragraphs and bullet points. However, under EZ-Rater, the goals are displayed in one paragraph, which is unexpected.

Cause
The content of the goals is more like a description than a name. Need to define a description field in goal template and put such long & formatted content in the description field not name field. The name should be a sentence without any format.
The form without EZ-rater supports this format in name field by a product bug with rectified when using EZ-Rater.
But the current limitation is that goal description won't be displayed on form when using EZ-Rater. This is a feature gap.
