Background Information: Customer has a custom field in their position data (FLSA and EEO Category 1) and wants to synchronize the data from job information(Country Specific Field) page to the position data. The business rule for the synchronization is correct, Legacy Picklist and MDF picklist are correctly mapped and the customer is using the correct event reason however sync still does not happen.

As per Engineering ticket XAF-11968,   in order for the synchronization to happen,  the Country Specific field that is configured in Country Specific Data Model should also be Configured in Succession Data Model.  Meaning, in the given example you need to add the fields FLSA and EEO Category 1 in the Succession Data model. Please do also take note that the visibility of the field in SDM should be equal to none (visibility=”none”).
