2397632 - XMLs sent from/to SRM cannot be found in SXMB_MONI and SXI_MONITOR, SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

SOA (XML) communication is used  to transfer purchasing documents (e.g. Central contract) from SRM to ERP. These XMLs cannot be found in SXMB_MONI and SXI_MONITOR in the ERP system.
