Thumbnail image for Curricula is not updated with new image
Environment
SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions since b1611
Cause
Thumbnail settings from LMS_ADMIN configuration file are not appropriately set.
Resolution
As a part of b1611 release, customers can update images for Curricula and Quick Guide, but even after updating new Thumbnail images under Configurations > Image the new image is not showing for user.
This behavior is due to the below configuration is not enabled under System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > LMS_ADMIN
showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally=false
showSystemDefaultThumbnail=false
Please enable these settings to show the thumbnail image for Curricula and QuickGuide:
showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally=true
showSystemDefaultThumbnail=true
