2398221 - Clear All Application settings not working with custom Fiori client

Symptom

When creating a custom Fiori client based on SMP SDK 3.0 SP13 PL06 for windows 10 devices the "Clear All application settings" under context menu does not work.
After executing it shows a blank screen.
