Resolution

The RBP Diagnosis Tool is a feature that is automatically enabled for all customers. The feature is located in Provisioning > Company settings.

This feature enables customers to review all known potential configurations related to their roles and group permissions. The tool performs a series of backend checks, including database level queries and key function assessments. Once the checks are complete, a detailed report is generated, highlighting any potential risks.

If you would like an RBP Diagnosis Report, you can contact your implementation partner or consultant to have them run it in provisioning. Alternatively, you may raise a ticket or case for assistance to LOD-SF-PLT-RBP. Support will generate the report by clicking the run button, then it will open a new tab displaying the result, and highlight any potential issues.
