The RBP Diagnosis Tool is a feature that is automatically enabled for all customers. The feature is located in provisioning > company settings. This feature allows customers to check all known potential configuration on customer role/group configurations. The tool will do a set of backend side checks. Such checks include database level query and some key function checks. When the checks are finished a detailed report should be generated and all potential risks will be highlighted.
If you would like an RBP Diagnosis Report, please create an incident for Customer Support: Success Factors - Platform (Foundational Capabilities & Tools) - (LOD-SF-PLT-RBP). Customer Support will "run" the report and popup with output will generate and this will highlight any potential issues.
