When configuring Payment Information, which UI layout can be chosen?

Employee Central - Payment Information

The Payment Information UI is currently only supported in a Form layout.

By using other layouts, such as Grid or Flow, can cause issues within the UI.

Some examples of these issues are as follows:
 - UI rules not working constantly or at all (onInit, onLoad and onChange).
 - Fields show no value on view but have values maintained when editing.
 - Field layout overlapping.
 - Country Specific Fields not displayed/hidden based on UI Rules.
