2398685 - Cannot see transport log in SE01/SE09/SE10

Symptom

When you try to display transport logs in SE01, you got error "no log entries found".

Suppose DIR_TRANS=/usr/sap/trans. You find the system tries to search the logs from the directory /usr/sap/trans/log/<SID> but not /usr/sap/trans/log.

While in the <DIR_TRANS>/log, you can find the transport logs exist.

Also the cofiles of the requests exist in <DIR_TRANS>/cofiles.
