2398852 - Org ID and Org Description data missing from Financial Transaction CSV report

For some records in the Financial Transaction Report, there is no data in the Organization ID and Organization Description columns.

1. Run the Financial Transaction CSV report
2. When generated, there is no data populated in the Organization ID or Organization Description fields

The Organization ID or Organization Description columns are populated when the transaction is related to slots (seats reserved in offerings by Organizations for their members) and therefore in this scenario the student ID will be blank.
 
When the transaction is related to a user who purchased a seat in an offering then the student ID will be populated in the report instead of the Organization ID and therefore the Organization ID and Organization Description columns will be blank.
