How to set Involved Parties for Tickets.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work centre.
  2. Select the relevant Implementation Project.
  3. Make sure that the status is such, that you can edit it.
  4. Open the Activity List.
  5. Open either the Fine Tuning Activity Tickets for Customer Support or Tickets for Employee Support as needed.
  6. Select the Maintain Involved Parties link.
  7. You can decide which party roles you want to use in your application. However some party roles are set as mandatory by default and you cannot deactivate these.
  8. Click Add Row to add a party.
  9. [NOTE: to create custom parties, use the Fine Tune Activity: Party Role Definition.]
  10. Click Save.
  11. Use the Maintain Determinations button to decide how the role is assigned.
  12. Save your entries.
