2399027 - BPC NW Error: Data record with the same primary key already exists

After upgrading to a higher Service Pack level in BW, BPC and EPM Add-In, the following error occurs when running Data Manager Package "Import Hierarchy from BW Infoprovider" and "Import Mater Data from BW Infoprovider":

"An exception with the type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause.

The system tried to insert a data record, even though a data record with the same primary key already exists.

Package status: ERROR"

The packages run successfully when executed in the backend via UJ_PACKAGE_TEST.
