2399029 - Partially Delivered 3PL request in Finished status.

_3PL request DEF which is partially delivered for one of the line item XX appears as Finished Status.*DEF refers to 3PL request ID, XX refers to Item no,*PQR refers to Delivery Request id

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Third Party Logistics Work Center.
2. Navigate to Delivery Requests subview under 3PL Outbound View.
3. Search for PQR.
4. Select Go.  
5. Select Edit.
6. Navigate to Line items tab.
7. Navigate to Document Flow tab.
8. In Show select Extended View.

The 3PL request DEF is showing as Finished Status, though Item XX  is partially delivered.

Since the current setting is set as Automatic for 3PL Request Completion, in 3PL Process Settings for Site DEF, System auto completes the 3PL Request on receipt of the first successful Outbound Delivery.

We have to change the 3PL Request Completion to Manual for the involved site DEF.

This setting can be done as follows.

1. Go to Third Party Logistics Work Center.
2. In Common tasks, Navigate to 3PL Process Settings.
3. Select the Site DEF and remove the entry which has 3PL Request Completion as Automatic.
4. Select Automatic.
5. A popup box appears, Choose 2 Manual.
6. Select OK.
7. Select Save.
