2399076 - Error Message: “ISO Code is Still in Use and Not Unique” While Adding Country Code in Business Configuration Work Center

You require to add the Country Code in the activity Countries in Business Configuration work center. But you receive the below error:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
3. Search and Open the activity Countries
4. Select Add Row
5. Fill the required details
6. Example as below:
7. Country: XXX (where XXX represents Country)
   Long Description: Unknown (Conversion)
8. In the General Attributes tab fill the below:
   Language: EN – English
   Numeric: 000
   Currency: EUR - Euro
9. Select Save
10. System shows the error

The error is with a missing Two Letter ISO Country Code entry. The implemented check makes sure that no duplicate ISO Codes are entered.

Consider the field Two Letter ISO Country. At the time of creating a Country Code, if this field is empty for more than one entry, the error comes up.

In the system, Country XK (where XK represents Country) already has empty Two Letter ISO Country Code. Hence when you try to create Country XXX with empty Two Letter ISO Country, the system throws error.

Use any dummy but unique Two letter ISO Country Code and add the Country.
