2399123 - How to reset your password in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• You are using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and the default SAP Cloud Identity identity provider (IdP) log on screen (https://cloudanalytics.accounts.ondemand.com).
• You need to reset your password.
• The log on screen is similar to the one indicated in the resolution.

• SAP Analytics Cloud

SAP Analytics Cloud uses SAP Cloud Identity for authentication and passwords are maintained using your e-mail address.

1. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot password?" on the SAP Analytics Cloud log on screen.
   
   
2. Enter your e-mail address.
3. Click Send.
   
4. If an account exists, an e-mail with a link to reset your password will be sent to your e-mail address.
   Note: See the following article to see if system e-mails are getting filtered by e-mail filtering software: 2527607 - Users do not see the system emails from SAP Analytics Cloud.

Note: If the System (tenant) owner / ADMIN e-mail address can no longer be accessed, you will need to contact your SAP Account Executive (See 1660069).
