2399176 - LMS PDF Reports displays last page blank

• When selecting the report format for a report, the output file generates an additional blank page at the end
• Or the output file splits the tables on several pages

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Logon to LMS Admin
2. Navigate to "Reports"
3. Select any non-CSV report
4. On "Report Format" choose PDF
5. Run the report
6. The output file might contain an additional blank page at the end and/or split the table in several pages

Note: This may occur with some users but not all

This behavior is expected, since the report output is converted to PDF format using a third party tool

• This is a known behavior that is not related to the LMS framework:
1. The PDF generator generates the PDF pages in an A4 format in the portrait mode only
2. Then it tries to fit the report output into the A4 page, splitting the tables in different pages and sometimes, depending on the amount of information displayed (which is why it varies from one user to another) it can render the last part of the table in the last page, which it might seem blank, as the last part of the table does not contains data 
• We are constantly working to enhance the product, so if in the future there is a modification that changes this behavior, whether is on the LMS framework or on the third party tool, we will publish it on this KBA
