2399198 - Cannot log on DS Management Console, CMS error showed after al_env.sh applied

Symptom

  • Data Services Management Console shows error "Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS 'name:6400'. The CMS on machine 'name' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031)"
  • CMC shows similar error as well
