Reproducing the Issue
New Hire Event reason does not get populated in Add New Hire Wizard.
Cause
Event reasons association has not been maintained from that specific Country Object
Resolution
Need to maintain event reasons for all the required countries under Country object or remove the association of event reasons from Country object .
