• Following errors occur in step "Maintain Users" for SAPSUPPORT and SM_COLL*.
  
  Existence of user SAPSUPPORT on system <JAVA system SID> could not be checked.
  
  An error occured while processing the UME command READ_USER from agent <hostname>: The markup in the document following the root element must be well-formed. : The markup in the document following the root element must be well-formed.
  
  
  
• Anoher symptom may be that the error message appears in the CCDB Administration for JAVA systems having enabled SPML stores
