2399294 - Error "HALT: Internal error in tw_lzh" happens during transport request release

Symptom

When you create a transport request and try to release it, the following error happens and the release procedure is terminated:

===> HALT: Internal error in tw_lzh (###/twtrans.c line ###). Please contact the SAP support.
