2399389 - How to update the changed address in purchase order preview of an existing purchase order

You have a old purchase order but in the preview of the purchase order, you would like to have the recently changed Bill-to-Party address to appear.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Once the Bill To address or Company address is changed in Company Master data.
2. Go to Purchase Request and Order work center.
3. Navigate to Purchase Orders View
4. Open an existing purchase order for which you want to pull the Changed Purchase Order preview.

Any details changed in the Org structure (like bill to address, Company address, etc) will not be fetched automatically in the existing Documents (Purchase order, Invoices or any other documents).

This is a known limitation. Please do a dummy change by changing the current Bill to Party to another one in the value help and then change it back. Click on check and Preview the docuement , you will see the bill to address is updated.
