you have setup RFC Destinations OCDAPIS and OCDSTORE as described in SAP Note 2194123 - Setup HTTP connections to import SAP Best Practices Packages into solutions
the connection test is working fine, but you still don't see any SAP Best Practices Packages in transaction SOLADM
