Symptom

When an ITS service is called where in transaction SICF the GUI configuration parameter ~TRANSACTION is used, the following error occurs:

 

Conflict when starting service

What has happened?

Service call /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/... to transaction was terminated because : OK Code transaction does not match transaction of service.

 

Note

  • The termination occurred with error code 409 and for the reason Conflict .

 

What can I do?

  • Please select an ok code that is permitted on this service at start time.
  • Note 1501768 will provide more information about ok code filtering in ITS services.
