Symptom
- After a NetWeaver upgrade you can no longer access the Enterprise Portal and only receive a blank screen
- Checking the server default trace log files you observe an error similar to the below where the .theming file cannot be accessed:
"Didn't succeed to read file : /usr/sap/<SID>/<Inst. No>/j2ee/cluster/apps/sap.com/com.sap.portal.design.portaldesigndataless/servlet_jsp/com.sap.portal.design.portaldesigndataless/root/theming/Portal/AFP/sap_tradeshow_plus/.theming
[EXCEPTION]
