Symptom

In SAP Cloud Platform Integration message monitoring a message is visible with the status PROCESSING, over time the status is not changing to any final status e.g.: FAILED, COMPLETED, etc.

Neither the Message Processing Log (MPL log) nor the message processing time are increasing.
