2400009 - New confirmation time from BOP not considered in the sales order

Symptom

New confirmation time from backorder processing (BOP) not considered in the sales order under following circumstances:

  • If BOP in SCM APO system determines a new confirmation in a sales order and
  • this new confirmation has the same date as the original confirmed schedule line but a different time, then

this changed time is not considered by the ERP sales order. The confirmed schedule line in the sales order is not changed.
