2400088 - /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 uses MBDAT instead of LFDAT so PAL assignment will be shifted to wrong bucket

Symptom

The product allocation (PAL) assignment will be shifted to wrong allocation bucket in report /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 in SCM APO system. The report uses the material availability date (MBDAT) as check date (customizing field /SAPAPO/DATECHK) instead of delivery date (LFDAT) from customizing.
