Resolution
There are limitations to the services provided by SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support; however, support can give:
- Very basic answers to how-to questions
- Clarify content in KBAs, User Documentation, & the Onboarding User Interface
- Assistance when the Onboarding product is demonstrating unexpected behaviors
Note: If it is determined a request is not an answer to a specific defined need, but instead the requester lacks basic product training and is trying to get enablement/training via an case, customers/partners will be redirected to SAP SuccessFactors education options.
